- The work of artist Ray Keats clearly demonstrates a love of colour and form and use of diverse often humourous subject matter giving a personality to each individual picture. Many of the paintings follow themes and as such are not only objects of interest as one painting but present an opportunity to take two or three as a set. Ray Keats is an extremely talented and creative artist who presents something different, quirky and well composed with every new project. In my opinion, as a collector, the artist offers more than a picture, she offers a story in colour. Which is what we really want.
